Syber Skills is committed to fair and transparent refunds.

a. Eligibility

Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase, provided:

• Less than 20% of the course has been completed.
• No violation of platform rules has occurred.
• No certificates have been issued.
• Other terms are not voilated

b. Process

• Submit a refund request via support@syberskills.com.
• Refunds are processed within 15 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 c. Exceptions

• No refunds for downloadable content, bundled offers, or promotional discounts.
• Syber Skills reserves the right to deny refunds for abuse or repeated requests.
